This is a sculpture designed by Richard Henriquez. It depicts his great-uncle, Dossie Henriquez, the first architect of the Henriquez family; which now stretches 4 generations of architects. The sculpture is made out of high-grade plywood and steel. As project manager for the sculpture, some of my responsibilities included: CAD design, drafting, scheduling, cost analysis, manufacturing coordination, sanding, finish detailing, and installation supervision. The sculpture sits atop a tripod designed by Richard Henriquez in 1993, and is located at the office of Henriquez Partners Architects.
